“Content Provider” means a third party that owns a white paper, analyst report or other document and allows the Amulis Awards to link to or to display that document. This is usually a vendor that has entered the Amulis Awards.
“User”, "Entrant", or “You” means any person viewing any page of the Sites or our emails, or otherwise engaged with the Amulis Awards.
“Profile Information” means information which you provide which may include, but shall not be limited to: your name and corporate title, the name of your company and the department in which you work, your industry group, country, zip code, telephone number, and various industry questions.
“Third Party Content” means the white papers, analyst reports and other documents available through the Sites and owned by Content Providers.“Event” means any conferences or events, whether conducted virtually or in-person.
“Services” means all Amulis Awards products, services, deliverables, and materials located on or accessible through the Websites.
“Third-Party Products” means any third-party information, website, product, service, or materials referenced in, accessible through, or provided in connection with, the Website or Services.
“Content”, “Posting”, or “Submission” means the information provided by the entrant as part of the entry and competition.
“Point of Contact” means the person named by the User as the authorized delegate for notifications, communication, and responsibility for the participation in Services.
“Terms”, “TOS”, “Terms of Service”, “Terms and Conditions”, or “T&Cs” means this document that governs the participation of the User in the Services.
