The Amulis Awards are committed to protecting your privacy while on our websites or receiving emails from us and our partners. As a rule, user data from Amulis Awards sites is aggregated and segmented on broad characteristics. While there are some cases when it is possible to match on-site behavior with a specific user, we do not even try to do so unless it is a case of website vandalism, misuse, or we are troubleshooting an error. “Content”, “Posting”, or “Submission” means the information provided by the entrant as part of the entry and competition.
“Point of Contact” means the person named by the User as the authorized delegate for notifications, communication, and responsibility for the participation in Services.
Information Collection and Use
The Amulis Awards may collect Profile Information when you request certain content or contact from our Content Providers. You may choose not to provide information to us, but, in general, a completed form is required in order for you to receive our emails, attend our webinars, request contact, and other content offerings.
Because we derive revenue mainly from advertising, collecting information is vital to keep our services affordable to users. Your Profile Information can be shared with the Third-Party Content Creator when you request access their content, the use of that information is governed by their privacy policy and may be used by the Content Provider for follow up by telephone, email, direct mail or other common methods. If you do not want this information disclosed to a Content Provider, do not request Third Party Content.

Amulis Awards safeguards this subscriber list, but reserves the right to share it with Partners.
Choice / Opt-Out
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials from our partners may opt-out of receiving these communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in all email communications. Alternatively, you can request to be removed from our newsletter list by emailing info@AmulisAwards.com with your request. Opting out from receiving our emails will not affect the User's ability to navigate the website or participate in other ways.
Security
The Amulis Awards take precautions to protect user information. When Users submit sensitive information, it is protected both online and offline. When sensitive information, like credit card data, for example, is collected, that information is encrypted and is protected with industry standard SSL encryption software by our payment processing vendor.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information offline. All user information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices.
